At Faith Craft Store, we stand behind the quality of our products. That is why we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee under the terms outlined below. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy in full, including all eligibility requirements and limitations.
Faith Craft Store is operated by Oliwier & Co. LLC. In this policy, "we," "our," and "us" refer to Oliwier & Co. LLC.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, ALL of the following conditions must be met:
• Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the confirmed delivery date.
• Requests made after thirty (30) days from the confirmed delivery date are not eligible and will not be approved.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Items must be returned in unused, undamaged condition in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE THIRTY (30) DAY PERIOD FOLLOWING THE CONFIRMED DELIVERY DATE. ANY REQUEST SUBMITTED OUTSIDE THIS TIMEFRAME WILL BE DENIED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. Non-Eligible Refund Requests
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
• Refund requests submitted outside the 30-day guarantee period.
• Membership renewals or recurring charges processed after the 30-day window from original delivery.
• Orders that have already been processed or fulfilled once the 30-day period has passed.
• Requests made outside the stated policy terms regardless of reason.
No exceptions are made beyond the 30-day money-back guarantee. Carrier delivery confirmation constitutes conclusive proof of delivery and establishes the start of the 30-day window, even without a signature.
3. Membership Program & Recurring Charges
3.1 Membership Refund Eligibility
Our optional Membership Program is billed on a recurring basis as described in our Terms and Conditions. It is the member's sole responsibility to manage or cancel the Membership before the next billing date. Membership renewals that occur after the applicable window are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
Failure to cancel prior to a renewal billing date does not constitute grounds for a refund. Members are responsible for managing, modifying, or canceling their Membership prior to renewal.
3.2 Free Trial & Automatic Renewal
If you enroll in the Membership Program with a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. UNLESS YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE TRIAL PERIOD ENDS, YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONVERT TO A PAID MEMBERSHIP AND YOUR PAYMENT METHOD WILL BE CHARGED $29.99. THEREAFTER, YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED $29.99 EVERY 28 DAYS UNTIL CANCELLED. By enrolling, you expressly agree to the free trial and auto-renewal terms and confirm that you understand this policy.
3.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your Membership at any time through your account on our website. To avoid a recurring charge — or, during a free trial, to avoid the first charge — you must cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before your next scheduled billing date or before the end of the trial period, as applicable. All cancellations are effective as of the last day of the current billing period, and your membership benefits remain active through that date. No refunds will be issued for renewal charges already processed at the time of cancellation.
3.4 Billing Information
You are obligated to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information and to promptly update it to keep your account current. Changes can be made through your account or by contacting contact@faithcraftstore.com
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at contact@faithcraftstore.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos. You do not need to return the damaged item. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund at our discretion. This remedy is available in addition to, and does not affect, your 30-day money-back guarantee eligibility.
5. Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation of a one-time order within two (2) hours of purchase by contacting contact@faithcraftstore.com Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If your order has already shipped, the standard 30-day money-back guarantee applies.
6. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request within the eligible 30-day window:
1. Email contact@faithcraftstore.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
2. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
3. If your return is approved, we will provide a return address and return instructions. Do not ship any item back before receiving return authorization.
4. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Bank or card provider posting times may vary.
5. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is processed.
Once your return is approved, ship the item using a reliable carrier with tracking to the address provided in your return authorization. Package the item securely in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days of receipt and inspection. Bank or card provider posting times may vary.
7. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us at contact@faithcraftstore.com to initiate a carrier investigation. Refund or replacement eligibility for lost packages is determined following completion of the carrier investigation and is subject to the 30-day window from the confirmed or estimated delivery date. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
8. Shipping Costs
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in all circumstances, including approved refund requests. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item received was defective or incorrect, in which case we will cover return shipping.
9. Policy Amendments
We reserve the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Your continued use of our website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the then-current policy.
